THE ROLE

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape how movement feels, looks, and inspires within Macadam. This isn’t just about screens and buttons - it’s about crafting experiences that nudge people toward better habits and stronger communities.

You’ll lead our mobile product design strategy, translating data, empathy, and creativity into design that moves people - literally and emotionally.

Your mission: to build intuitive, beautiful, and meaningful digital experiences that empower users to make every step matter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead with impact. Own our mobile design vision - from idea to prototype to launch.

• Design the movement. Create experiences that are seamless, joyful, and deeply human.

• Collaborate in stride. Partner with product managers and developers to define what the future of movement looks like.

• Trust the data. Use insights to make smart, confident decisions and measure what truly matters.

• Keep it simple, keep it human. Build with empathy and clarity, balancing function with beauty.

• Think bigger. Push creative boundaries while staying true to our brand’s heartbeat: movement, purpose, simplicity.
  

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Solid experience in product or mobile design, with a keen sense for brand and storytelling through user experience.

• A strong portfolio that blends UX, UI, and emotional design - where real users and real outcomes shine.

• Mastery of Figma and experience maintaining or building design systems.

• A deep understanding of mobile usability, accessibility, and design best practices.

• A passion for behavioral design, gamification, and inspiring healthy movement.

• Excellent communication skills in English, and a collaborative, high-energy mindset.
