THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Account Manager to grow revenue with top affiliate platforms and brands. You’ll own a portfolio of partners, launch high‑impact campaigns and turn performance data into concrete results, ensuring Macadam maximizes revenue and delivers value to users and partners.
You will work closely with the Lead Affiliation & Strategic Partnerships, as well as Product, Data, and Marketing teams, to execute the affiliate roadmap and scale growth.
Location: Barcelona
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own partner relationships with affiliate platforms (Awin, CJ, Effinity, Kwanko, etc.) and key brands, acting as their main point of contact.
Source, onboard and activate high‑value partners (cashback, content, coupon, media) and launch campaigns with the right content, visuals and placements.
Monitor performance daily, track KPIs (revenue, conversion, ARPU, ROI), and take action quickly on underperforming campaigns.
Negotiate promotions, rate boosts, flat fees and upsell opportunities to grow revenue across your portfolio.
Optimize and test: contribute to A/B tests on revshare models and gamified mechanics, and focus efforts on the most profitable partners.
Collaborate internally with Product, Data, Support and Marketing to ensure clean tracking, smooth integrations and alignment with user acquisition/retention.
Improve the engine: keep CRM and dashboards up to date, refine processes and tools, and coordinate the work of the Affiliate Operations profile.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Proven experience in affiliate marketing or account management in a digital/performance environment (apps, e‑commerce, adtech, cashback, or similar).
Strong commercial mindset: comfortable negotiating rates, flat fees and placements, and talking about revenue/ROI.
Experience sourcing, activating and growing affiliate/performance partners, not just maintaining existing accounts.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong ownership and attention to detail.
Data‑driven and performance‑oriented: confident using dashboards, KPIs and tests to make decisions.
Structured, proactive and adaptable; you enjoy fast‑paced, high‑growth, test‑and‑learn environments.
Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
Willingness to travel for events and partner visits.
